Working since last 8 years with different organizations especially within my family business, I had observed few gaps and requirements for certain skills that are must to be empowered in personnel with right trainings not just for benefit of employees but also for the companies to bring ownership and accountability among their employees for consistent growth & development of the organization.

These workshops involve five management modules with pedagogy of case studies, stories, activities/games, group discussions and business simulation. These workshops will not only help employees and students to understand the work set up in an Indian scenario but also gives an in dept understanding of internationally aligned work culture.

I can’t wait to collaborate with you and give my best efforts to empower your students/personnel in their professional journey

  • I love to teach.
  • I love to be in presence of young & curious minds.
  • I like meeting new groups of humans all the time.
  • I believe my way of communicating and teaching is engaging.
  • While working within my family business I observed few gaps that most of the medium to large sized manufacturing companies go through in terms of training their employees. Most of the employees in manufacturing domain comes from technical background who lack soft managerial skills and right understanding of management values.
  • These modules cater to addressing and adhering to these gaps especially for students and personnel from technical backgrounds.
